Work model: On-site in Brno or remotely/work from home from anywhere in Czech Republic after 10 weeks

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in German and English
- Assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more
- Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system
- Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers' enquiries while maintaining a high level of speed and quality to meet standard KPIs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent German (B2) and fluent English (B2) language, both verbal and written
- Willingness to relocate to Czech Republic or already residing there
- Good computer skills
- Optimistic, friendly, positive, stress-resilient personality, service-oriented profile
- Ability to work in shifts, also night shifts, in a fast-paced environment
- If you wish to work remotely, a fast and stable wired internet connection (at least 16/10 mbps) and a smartphone is necessary
