Remuneration: base pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create engaging content for digital marketing channels, including websites, email campaigns, and social media.
- Produce visually appealing and impactful multimedia content, such as videos and graphics, with occasional on-camera participation.
- Ensure all content reflects and communicates the brand’s identity, tone, and values.
- Execute campaign tasks using established workflows, templates, and guidelines.
- Write compelling copy to improve engagement and performance across platforms (e.g., subject lines, headers, and promotional blurbs).
- Capture and repurpose moments from company events into creative content.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align on strategy and content execution.
- Stay informed on industry compliance guidelines to ensure all content meets standards while remaining innovative.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Uzbek or Russian (C1), with good command of English (at least B2).
- Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (flexible on subject area).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant content creation work.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment.
