DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively contact warm leads to convert initial interest or registrations into first-time transactions or sales.
- Guide prospective clients through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and support to facilitate account activation or purchase.
- Maintain high outbound call volume and active engagement throughout the day (e.g., 200+ calls daily).
- Ensure all conversions meet minimum eligibility criteria or sales thresholds.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer retention teams to provide feedback on lead quality and improve handover processes.
- Accurately log all interactions, follow-up activities, and client notes in the CRM or tracking system.
- Consistently perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with clear KPIs and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Zulu or Igbo or English strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or lead conversion roles is an advantage.
- Exposure to fast-paced sales environments or high-volume call centres is beneficial.
- Industry experience in financial services, fintech, or similar sectors is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and achieving results.
- Ability to maintain focus, discipline, and motivation throughout repetitive tasks and long call sessions.
- Resilient and able to perform under pressure in a structured, metric-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with a desire to grow and develop professionally.
