Customer Service Advisor (m,f) French : Car Rental

Start: 15th May and 12th June

Shifts: 

Dutch: Monday to Friday: 8:00h- 17:00h. Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Tasks:

• Rent- a- car business, supporting BR - Before Rental, DR - During Rental & AR - After Rental (here more complaints as dealing w/ invoices, Damages, etc)

Profile:

  French C2   / English B2

• 1+ years Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferred).        

• Strong sales skills.            

• Digital skills.  

• Ability to identify business opportunities and suggest additional services to customers
