Start: 04.09. and 25.09.25

Shifts: 

Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 
Days off: 2 days  (rotative)

Tasks:

  • Customer support to German speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels

  • Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service

  • Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants

  • Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing

Profile

French or Italian C2   / English B2


  • Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you)

  • Excellent language skills in French or Italian and feel comfortable speaking and writing in English
  • Love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers

  • Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you

  • Curious and persistent to solve issues

  • Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
