Tasks:
A leader Automotive Group company, your role will involve providing customer assistance to guarantee and improve a great relationship between the company and its users. You will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking management (altering, cancelling, or creating new reservations) ;
Managing the reservations back-office (ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation of reservations);
Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions;
Go beyond the customer's service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience;
Listen to the customer's unique situation and acknowledge their needs.
Profile:
• Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
• Availability to work on rotational shifts.
