Tasks:
Key Responsabilities: giving customers a correct, polite, and friendly reception according to relevant Quality Guidelines and quality KPIs; providing consumers with most appropriate information and correct solution, aligned with customer query and according to Buyer’s procedures and processes; adding sales whenever possible, suiting both the company and customer needs; operate and drive continuous improvements in all aspects of operations.
