Shift work: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday 07:00 - 19:00, Saturday - Sunday 09:00 - 18:00 twice a month working Saturdays & Sundays.
Airline Services
Tasks:
• Perform inbound calls, chats in Norwegian or Swedish or Danish
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the success of our client.
• Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
• Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals)
• Deal with cancellation and refund of tickets
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish or Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues
• Previous experience in Customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage
