Tasks
Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.
Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.
Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support.
Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Skills:
German or French C2 + English B2
Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.
Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
