DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of incoming calls, chats and emails,
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Fluent in German & Fluent in English (at least B2 level), both orally and written
- Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience in customer services experience
- Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
- Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
- Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice.
