Customer Support Advisor (m,f) Dutch : Sportswear

Start: 23rd February Dutch

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9h-22h

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer support and sales (cross sales- up sales) - Sales orientation is really important and required / F

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / near native in languages required 

   • Good command in English

   • Good MS Office skills

   • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

   • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

   • Excellent communication skills

   • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

   Sales experience with ability to generate revenue with sales and upsell during interactions
