Customer Support Advisor (m,f) German or Dutch or Danish : Banking Sector

Start: 5th January 24 for German, 9th January for Dutch and Danish

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone, email and chat)
  • Provide 2nd level support for the clients
  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
  • Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

 

REQUIREMENTS:


  • C1 level of German or Danish or Dutch language, both oral and written, C1 English
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to cover shifts from Monday to Friday 09:00-19:00 & Saturday 10:00-17:00 on rotation with colleagues
  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
