Start: 5th January 24 for German, 9th January for Dutch and Danish
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone, email and chat)
- Provide 2nd level support for the clients
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- C1 level of German or Danish or Dutch language, both oral and written, C1 English
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problem-solving skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Ability to cover shifts from Monday to Friday 09:00-19:00 & Saturday 10:00-17:00 on rotation with colleagues
- Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
