Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Danish-speaking Customer Support Associates in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting customers of a major international telecommunications provider.
This is a pure customer service position with no sales or upselling, focused on assisting customers across multiple channels, resolving service-related enquiries, and delivering a professional and positive customer experience. The position is on-site in Sofia, with fixed working hours from Monday to Friday.
Your Role
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and other supported channels
- Assist customers with top-ups, SIM activation, roaming, account enquiries, and other telecommunications services
- Provide accurate information and clear guidance regarding products and services
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date case information
- Follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards
- Deliver professional, clear, and empathetic support during every customer interaction
- Provide a consistently positive customer experience
- Focus exclusively on customer support, with no sales or upselling responsibilities
Your Qualifications
- Danish at B2 level or higher
- English at B2 level or higher
- Undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate education or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills and confidence working with multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, BPO, telecommunications, or a similar environment is an advantage
- Previous experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00
- Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
