ABOUT THE ROLE.
We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on Electrical Engineer to support the electrical systems behind our live casino operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring system reliability, safety, and performance while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to handle installations, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across all electrical components.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct technical analysis and hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Provide on-site support during installation, ensuring correct wiring, setup, and system functionality.
- Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues to improve reliability and performance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as specifications, reports, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards (NEC, IEC, OSHA).
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated electrical solutions and optimize system performance.
- Offer in-field support to project teams during construction and commissioning phases.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement in system integration, processes, and overall electrical performance.
REQUIREMENTS:- Native/Fluent Portuguese and Fluent English (B2).
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, fieldwork, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of UPS systems, Gensets, power distribution, control systems, and lighting, along with proficiency in wiring, testing, and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, and safety regulations, ensuring full compliance with industry standards.
- Ability to perform electrical calculations such as load assessments and voltage drop analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, fast-paced environments.
