DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and store documentation efficiently to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Keep facility records up to date and compliant with company policies and standards.
- Support the development, implementation, and communication of facility management policies and procedures.
- Provide relevant, compliant, and practical advice to stakeholders on facility-related matters.
- Collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of all building systems and services.
- Assist in resolving issues related to facility operations and service delivery.
- Liaise with maintenance contractors to coordinate the maintenance and operation of all building functions.
- Support facility management with installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong adaptability and organizational abilities.
- Proficient computer literacy, including Outlook, Teams, MS Office, and Windows.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, as required by business needs.
