DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of workplace facilities, including building systems and infrastructure. Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
Manage internal teams and external service providers (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, front desk) to maintain service quality and operational continuity
Maintain up-to-date records, oversee contract administration, review vendor invoices, and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Facilitate employee relocation, manage housing logistics, and oversee property inspections, maintenance, and lease agreements
Oversee procurement and lifecycle management of office assets and supplies. Monitor expenses and propose cost-effective solutions
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
Partner with cross-functional teams to support daily operations, onboard new employees, and address facility-related concerns.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Minimum of 2 years in facilities or property management or a related field
High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
Familiarity with facilities management principles, infrastructure systems, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to lead teams, manage vendors
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
Detail-oriented with a service-driven approach.
