Tasks

• Partner closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities.
• Identify key technical objections and develop strategies to overcome technical challenges.
• Architect and design solutions that meet complex business and technical requirements.
• Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including client presentations, technical trainings, bid responses, and solution briefings.
• Support product demonstrations, proof-of-concept work, and technical solution design in customer environments.
• Communicate technical value propositions using presentations, demos, documentation, and trial management.
• Assess technical challenges and recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructures.
• Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting advanced trainings for internal teams.
• Coach and mentor team members and contribute to improving internal processes and training materials.

Skills

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Good level of English for internal communication.
• Experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or B2B technical sales.
• Strong understanding of cloud solutions, enterprise systems, or complex technical environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
