Your Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email, and chat
- Provide clear and professional guidance on products and services
- Address customer questions and concerns efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
- Handle issues with ownership and a solution-oriented mindset
- Create positive customer experiences and build long-term satisfaction
- Contribute to a team focused on service excellence and continuous improvement
Your Qualifications
- Fluent German or Italian (written and spoken)
- Very good English skills for internal communication and training
- Previous experience in customer support or customer care (at least 6 months preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a high sense of responsibility
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems
- Interest in the automotive sector is a strong advantage
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach
