Tasks: Content Moderator
- Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
- Investigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior
- Identify and escalate high-risk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data security
- Provide timely, empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvement
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards.
Task: Customer Support Agent:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email on all topics related to the online marketplace, by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards the customers
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
