Tasks: Content Moderator

  • Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
  • Investigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior
  • Identify and escalate high-risk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data security
  • Provide timely, empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvement
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards.

Task: Customer Support Agent:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email on all topics related to the online marketplace, by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards the customers
  • Follow communication procedures and policies
  • Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
