We are partnering with a fast-growing European mobility company that is transforming the way people move, by making e-bikes accessible to everyone. To support their expanding customer base in the DACH region, we are now looking for a German-speaking Freelance Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from anywhere in Europe.

As a Freelance Customer Support Specialist, you will help guide customers through their e-bike purchase journey and ensure an excellent after-sales experience. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you’ll support users via multiple channels while maintaining top-notch service quality.


Your Role

  • Handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls
  • Helping customers find the best e-bike for their needs, preferences, and budget
  • Providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations
  • Offering updates on delivery status and processing after-sales concerns (warranty, missing parts, etc.)
  • Escalating and coordinating resolutions with internal teams when needed
  • Suggesting improvements to workflows and contributing to customer success resources
  • Maintaining a high standard of communication and efficiency across all touchpoints

Your Qualifications

  • Must be able to invoice via your own company or as a registered freelancer under a valid business structure (B2B cooperation required)
  • Native or fluent German speaker with excellent writing and speaking skills + B2 English
  • Proven experience in customer support or client-facing roles
  • Independent and well-organized, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused
  • Strong tech affinity and interest in e-mobility is welcome
  • Working schedule to be defined, within 09h-21h flexible
