Tasks:
• handle calls from German-speaking customers,
• assist with repairs, warranties, parts, and minor issues,
• seek remote solutions,
• propose insurance packets and offers for electronic products,
• select products for the customer based on their needs, and work with the CRM system - it's great if you know SAS Customer Intelligence.
Requirements:
• German at C1 level - fluent, confident, without stress,
• willingness to work from our office in Katowice full time,
• a bit of technical intuition,
• experience within customer service or sales is not a must, but great to have.
Benefits:

• Salary: 7,500 PLN gross on an employment contract. • Bonus: up to 800 PLN monthly (based on performance).
• Employment contract for full time (1st contract – 3 months, after probation period, we extend the contract to fixed-term according to business needs and Employee’s performance)
• Shift work: 5 days a week (Monday – Friday), 8,5 hours per day between 08:00 - 18:00 (start 8:00 or 9:30).
