Position: Junior Dealer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive, transmit, and execute financial transactions across FX, Futures, Commodities, and Stock Markets
Provide customer and technical support to clients
Monitor financial markets, corporate actions, dividends, and stock splits
Prepare and analyse standard and ad-hoc reports
Support risk management activities and product analysis
Assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high level of client service
Develop expertise in trading operations and financial markets through ongoing training.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
0–1 year of experience within Financial Services (graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong interest in financial markets and trading operations
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to obtain the CySEC certification with company support
Motivated to learn and develop within the financial services industry
Working schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Friday, from 08 AM - 12 midnight (shifts: 08 AM - 05 PM, 03 PM - midnight). 40 hours a week, 2 days off per week. In the future the rotation may extend up to 03 AM.
