Position: HR Officer

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Work model: hybrid (4 days office, 1 day Work-From-Home (Wednesdays))

Employment type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available)

Remuneration: fixed monthly payment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening and interview scheduling

  • Assist with onboarding activities including document preparation and coordination of employee orientation

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database ensuring data accuracy

  • Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation including contracts, letters and internal policies

  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures

  • Coordinate with internal departments on HR-related matters

  • Assist in organising training sessions and employee engagement activities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws

  • Support end-to-end HR processes and internal communication.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in Thai and English, both verbal and written

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

  • Up to 2 years of relevant HR experience is desired

  • Basic understanding of HR functions and local labour laws

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organisational and administrative abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, from 01 PM - 08 PM Thailand time.
