DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospection – Use prospecting tools to identify key decision-makers and connect with the right people.
- Qualify Leads – Evaluate prospects through discovery calls to understand their business goals, advertising readiness, and potential fit.
- Educate Prospects – Clearly explain the project, value proposition, and product offerings to new or inexperienced users.
- Drive Engagement – Conduct professional, on-camera virtual meetings (approx. 30 minutes) to consult with potential clients and identify their needs.
- Manage Communication Channels – Reach out and follow up with clients via outbound calls, email, and video using structured sales cadences.
- CRM Documentation – Log all prospect interactions and progress accurately in Salesforce to maintain pipeline visibility and accountability.
- Ensure Smooth Handover – Transition qualified leads to the Digital Marketing Specialist team for campaign setup and optimization.
- Meet Performance Goals – Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs through effective time management, pipeline prioritization, and teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Full eligibility to live & work in Greece (unrestricted)
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and experience in a sales-oriented role
- Passion for sales and technology, with a customer-focused approach
- Required: 2+ years of B2B Sales experience
