DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adopt a consultative approach to identify the specific needs of prospects and recommend suitable products or services
- Utulize CRM systems for effective operations
- Cultivate enduring and trustworthy relationships with prospects to ascertain their qualification as potential sales opportunities
- Actively explore new business prospects
- Arrange meetings or calls between customers and sales executives
- Provide regular reports on results to the sales manager, with reporting intervals set at weekly, monthly, or quarterly frequencies
- Execute and attain sales quotas and targets
- Monitor, oversee, and report on ongoing activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrate native or proficient fluency in French and an advanced level of English
- Possess one to three years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of surpassing lead targets
- Exhibit experience in selling to executive-level stakeholders and collaborating effectively with field teams
- Showcase strong communication skills and a solid understanding of technology
- Embrace a problem-solving mindset and demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Express a desire to advance within a sales organization
