DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• - Respond to inbound leads, turning every call into an opportunity to match clients with our unique merchant payment solutions and software

  - Forge connections with new customers, introducing them to our game-changing products and services

  - Be a guiding light, empowering clients with knowledge and solutions tailored to their unique needs

  - Be a problem-solver, addressing queries and smoothing out any hiccups in the customer experience

  - Innovate and organize, contributing to a seamless workflow and enhanced merchant experiences

REQUIREMENTS:
