DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all activities related to gaming equipment administration and inventory management
- Maintain accurate records of gaming items including cards, dice, roulette wheels, card shoes and transport boxes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all tables and setups are properly equipped and in excellent condition
- Plan and manage the replacement of outdated or damaged equipment, ensuring full traceability and proper documentation
- Manage purchase orders and provide administrative support for logistics and supply operations
- Lead, motivate and guide a team of analysts, defining workflows and evaluating performance
- Prepare reports on equipment condition, maintenance indicators and team productivity
- Provide daily operational updates and performance feedback to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader position within logistics, warehouse, operations or gaming environments
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
- Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare and analyse operational reports
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable, with strong integrity and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a 24/7 shift rotation environment.
