Team Leader Gaming Equipment Administrator (m,f) English

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all activities related to gaming equipment administration and inventory management
  • Maintain accurate records of gaming items including cards, dice, roulette wheels, card shoes and transport boxes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all tables and setups are properly equipped and in excellent condition
  • Plan and manage the replacement of outdated or damaged equipment, ensuring full traceability and proper documentation
  • Manage purchase orders and provide administrative support for logistics and supply operations
  • Lead, motivate and guide a team of analysts, defining workflows and evaluating performance
  • Prepare reports on equipment condition, maintenance indicators and team productivity
  • Provide daily operational updates and performance feedback to management.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader position within logistics, warehouse, operations or gaming environments
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare and analyse operational reports
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable, with strong integrity and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working under pressure and in a 24/7 shift rotation environment.
