DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee stock and inventory control, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures and company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate timely replenishment, and analyze stock movements to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Evaluate existing operational procedures, recommend improvements, and assist in developing new guidelines to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records related to standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Supervise daily team activities, including scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and reinforce company expectations.
- Manage training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary documentation in line with company policy.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on team performance, stock movements, purchases, and operational outcomes.
- Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions and ongoing process enhancement.
- Plan, organize, and support internal workshops, training sessions, and special projects or events.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery of events.
- Continuously review and improve processes that impact customer or client experience.
- Identify opportunities for innovation to enhance both service quality and operational productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and handle all resources responsibly.
- Collaborate with health and safety representatives to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Promptly report any incidents, irregularities, or operational deficiencies to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in English (C1), both oral and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in inventory control, procurement, or a similar operational management role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory or warehouse management software.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor/supplier management.
- Experience in visual presentation, appearance management, or related fields (e.g., broadcast, retail, or production environments).
- Knowledge of makeup, hair styling, or skincare products is an advantage.
- Previous experience in managing and developing a team.
