Position: Technical Support Advisor 

Location: Barcelona, Spain. On-Site

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support and assistance for a project with a leading software development company

  • Utilize prior experience or skills gained as an IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction

  • Offer guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical challenges

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and provide valuable insights based on technical expertise.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in English (minimum B2) both written and spoken communication

  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus

  • Background or experience in IT technologies/products, particularly in Cloud solutions or tools related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows is valuable

  • Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective resolution of issues.
