About the role:
We are looking for a Uniforms Team Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure excellence in stock management, process compliance, and team development. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who excels in organization, operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of presentation. You will oversee inventory processes, introduce improvements, support supplier relationships, and guide a high-performing team within a dynamic environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee stock accuracy and ensure timely processing of restocking requests.
- Monitor stock movement trends to identify patterns and potential issues.
- Ensure full adherence to established procedures and continuously assess compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for stock management and operational processes.
- Develop and propose new procedures, especially those that streamline inventory control and improve on-camera appearance consistency.
- Manage daily team activities including attendance tracking, scheduling, and holiday planning.
- Produce clear, detailed reports on operational performance and inventory matters.
- Lead, support, and manage team members while handling disciplinary documentation when required.
- Oversee training and onboarding of new team members to align them with departmental standards.
- Conduct research and testing projects to enhance consistency in on-camera appearance.
- Keep the Appearance Manager informed of issues, improvements, and operational challenges.
- Complete monthly KPIs for team members and contribute to refining KPI structures for improved performance.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and ensure optimal collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Solid PC literacy and familiarity with stock management software.
- High attention to detail in inventory control and appearance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration and supplier interaction.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stock management and at least 1 year managing teams or coordinating operations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and self-discipline skills to uphold appearance standards and support employee engagement.
