DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize, coordinate, and supervise working schedules and rotations at gaming tables, ensuring smooth operational flow and attendance
- Work closely with the HR department and Team Managers to handle time-off requests, approve schedules, and ensure all positions are filled to meet staffing requirements
- Create daily staffing reports, verify work hours and time-off requests, and manage various administrative tasks as directed by Supervisors or Senior Management
- Develop and maintain effective staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage for all business units
- Monitor and track attendance, ensuring adherence to schedules and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and manage studio rotation files for incoming shifts to ensure seamless transitions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English both verbal and written
- Exceptional ability to manage and coordinate schedules, rotations, and staffing needs efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with workforce management software
- Minimum of 6 months in a similar role, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to work on 24/7 shift pattern
- Understanding of local labor laws and regulations relevant to staffing and scheduling.
- Analytical think and applying critical thinking in data analyzing
- Familiarity with advanced workforce analytics and forecasting tools will be considered as a huge advantage.
